Something else I have to share...
**Butterfly

Well, Nala got out of her cage 2 days ago.. I been going crazy looking
for her. I got tired of hearing my baby brother sayin "ala , ala??"
lol..
Around 7:00 pm, (feeding time) I was feeding my rabbit and my guinea
pig.. Their caged together, simply because if they aren't the guinea pig
squeals all day/night.. And the rabbit goes nuts. Well, they were
cuddled together in the corner of the cage.. When I put the food dish
down, they got up, and from in between them, theres Nala... I think she
squeezed through the bars to get in.. Why in the world whould she want
to be in a cage with animals 5-10 sizes bigger than her? Who knows.. But
it was cute! And I thought the rabbit and guinea pig thing was
unusual... LoL!!!
The surprises keep comin!!! =)
hehe!

This really surprises me... as I thought hamsters wanted their own personal
space, but come to think of it, our hammies are always trying to escape. Go
figure...

The hamster group hates me. My hamsters live together. Females in one cage
males in another. I've seen so many signs of affection. When one comes back
from a vacation the others get so happy. grooming and fussing over them. The
look on their faces saying ' how was it out there?". I gave my mom one of my
boys and he was lonely without his friends.

I've tried putting my two females together and it didn't work out. I feel so
bad for them because they are all alone in their own cage.
The hamster group hates you because you put your hammies together? Sheesh...
talk about a tough crowd.

i had a hamster that lived for 5 years, and was soooooooooo sweet.. i loved
her (her name was Sweetie).. and her leg broke.. and then about 1 year
later, her hair started turning grey, and we found her dead... i got two
little mini hamsters, and my cat killed them within a week.. and then i had
this black on, Xander, who bit the CRAP outta me EVERY time i touched him...
my mom used to say that he was the devil in a hamster... i had him for a
year, and woke up and found him dead one day. oooooooh well, lol.

Sounds like my old hamster Avalon, only she was Albino. She would SNARL at
you every time you walked past her cage. I was terrified of her.

Butterfly
My hamies all come from a pet store population so thet are used to living
with others.
