This morning, I came in to check on Frisson, and he looked so sweet using
Ras as his very own fur blanket. And Ras didn't seem to mind having a little
nude guy sprawled on his back.
With hairless rats, you have to be careful and make sure he has extra
protein and cover from drafts and cold. I was a little worried because for
awhile there, he was hanging out by himself. But now he knows to use Ras and
Milo for warmth. I think Ras is his favorite or rather, the one that is
more accepting of this new alien boy.
I will have to keep the camera close by so I can capture the two cuddling...

This may sound weird but my hairless rats like for me to carry them
in-between my bosoms. It looks funny seeing a little rat face popping out
from the top of my summer dresses.

yesterday I was thinking of those pet-owners that just
stick the little furry ones in a cage and never bother
with anything else, but your post sure is giving me
hope :)
hairless ratties must enjoy the skin-to-skin contact
immensely !
