Seagulls as pets?

Does anyone know if it is possible to buy tame, captive-bred seagulls
as pets in the UK?

I'm looking to buy a Great Black-backed or Herring Gull. I see them
feeding nearby every day and I think that they're beautiful birds. I'd
love one of my own to take care of (I do appreciate that they're very
active - I have plenty of space outside).

Also, does anyone here have any experience with keeping seagulls?
Would they have problems sharing a flight with a raven and two macaws,
or have problems bonding with a human for instance?
