Aww, my lil fuzz butt!! He's doing great! He loves it here. He's became
best friends with my dog and my cat. My dog finally came around to
playing chase. Their so funny. Seeing a lil ferret chase a full grown
dog... I think they have their own system on whos it. When the dog
chases him, and he thinks he catches the ferret, he barks. When the
ferret catches the dog, he springs up and bites the dogs tail, then he's
it. LOL! and the cat, they just roll around in a big fur ball. I've
never seen a cat roll around like she does, and with a ferret.. hehe
His color seems to be getting lighter. More white, the black is "faded"
now. He sleeps alot less, since he now has the dog and cat to play with.
He'd rather be up playing chase, or rolling. LoL!! I've been thinking of
a playmate for him. I dont know though. I think the dog an cat will be
jealous. They all just forget about me, unless they want something.
Their probably thinking "Pssh, we'd rather play with the ferret now. Go
away!" =(
But their happy.
He's healthy, active, and having fun.. That's about it. =)

That's so cute! In your case, I don't think the ferret needs another
playmate; they all sound very happy together. :o)

I sure hope so! I don't think I could keep up with 2 ferrets. Hehe,
their so curious. Ya can't keep him from anything. That's why ferret
proofing your house is so important! I ended up taping all electrical
cords as high as I could to the wall.
Other than playing with the dog and cat, he loves children's toys. I
caught the lil guy sleeping in he back of a Tonka dump truck! All curled
up! Hehe.
And the smell he had when I first found him, has went away. I can't
smell him anywhere cept if I actually put my nose to his body and sniff
really hard. And even then it's faint. I'm happy about that!
I figured since I haven't been here in awhile, I would return and tell
you guys how it's going! =)

THAT'S the story to keep telling everybody. Many people start on a
pattern of regular bathing and the smell never goes away. FYI, as he
gets older, keep in the back of your mind that you may notice increase
smell again for 2-3 weeks twice a year during shedding/coat change
times. For some reason this was more noticable to me when they were
older. Then once the coat change had finished the smell went back to
normal (barely noticable) again. Also, if he ever gets adrenal that
smell will get stronger again.
