I love my Mailwasher. I had given the link earlier (under virus laden
e-mail), but I guess no one else likes it.

Oh- and spybot and the pop-up blocker. All those on top of an Internet
Utility or Security program makes like good.

I downloaded something called "mailreader", but it had no setup or install .exe,
so it's in the trash. Is that the same thing?

So far, I have gotten over 10,000 of these things. Most don't bother me, as they
are being held in my online spam/virus filter, but now, some are creeping
through to my real mail box, which I don't like.

No, mailreader is not the same thing as mailwasher. This site above is a
link to PC World's list of free or trial downloads.

I second the 2 big thumbs up for mailwasher! Unregistered it will handle one
account, registered (only $20) it can do multiples and even hotmail/yahoo!
