My question is in the Ottawa or Montreal area is there a store that just
deal with ferret items or has a large variety of ferret items.
At the Marshall ferrets located in the Montreal area. does anybody now if
we are able to go and look at the ferrets for purchasing or do we have to
own a pet business before entering this building?

I am not aware of any ferret specific store in either city. Is there
anything you are specifically looking for?
Another alternative is the Ferret Rescue Society's Fall Ferret Frolic on
Oct 4 at Vincent Massey Park Section "K" (11am to 2pm). They will be
setting up sales tables and will be selling a variety of ferret related
products (badges, bookmarks, buttons, t-shirts, greeting cards, magnets,
cages, hammocks, bowls, and much more). For more info on the frolic, go

The best stores in the Montreal are for ferrets or ferret supplies would be
Nature Pet Centers... the one in LaSalle also sells Marshall ferrets. All
but one of mine are from that shop. Best is if you can get there when Julie
is working, or Nathalie. They are fantastic, Nathalie has an adorable fert
of her own. I've never paid full price for a fert there either, they know me
well now, lol. Every now and then I'll take the gang in for a visit too.
