I know we always talk about the things they take here, but it never ceases
to amaze me! I think we could go on for days, and they would still take
something else that would catch me off guard.
The other day we found more Top Ramen in my bedroom, under the dresser this
time. As, I'm bringing that downstairs, I see Doofus trying to take an
empty egg carton up the stairs. It made me giggle, but I thought that I
must have dropped it. So, I take it away from him and throw it in the
garbage. 15 minutes later he was back at it, with Jarrett trying to help
him. I have to wonder if they were going to build a fort with it or
something. Maybe a place to store their Top Ramen stash!

Ariel once hid the electric bill under the sofa. I told her that if she
wasn't planning to pay it for us, to kindly keep her paws off the household
expenses.
(Actually, she has this "thing" for cellophane, & I think she took it cos of
the crinkly-sounding cellophane window in the envalope.)

My wife does this often but its normally the visa bill or the store cards i
find a year or so later

I know, its so strange.
For our ferts, it is mostly reduced to certain objects/certain materials.
Ina-chan - plastic kiddie links and frozen teethers.
Yuuji - round kiddie rings and frozen teethers.
Yersi - small packets of tissues and anything else soft and cottony.
Same-chan - anything plastic! This includes the 'bubble' plastic that many
items come in. We just rip it off and she goes and hides it.
Shin-sei - too young to steal anything yet, and is more interested in romping.
He has dragged a sock 5 feet though. But being the kit he's been dragged for
more then 10 feet.
The hidding places are cute though, and are mostly stable - under or _in_ the
bed (the in part is actually down by the box screen, they will drag it up
there). Only Ina-chan changes her place regulary, and that is because Yuuji
will steal from her.
