1 cc is 1/4 tsb!

2 cc is 1/2 tsb!

tsb = table spoons!

Just FYI Nhu

1/4 tbs is actually 1.25cc

1/2 tbs is actually 2.5cc

Figure out what you are saying

Let us see your cup.

Do you want her to get freaked out over
..25 of a tsp,,,,,how supportive is that?

A teaspoon is 5cc or 5ml, sometimes you actualy get a calibrated one with
medicine.

..25 of a teaspoon is irrelevant, I am just trying to give the accurate info :)

1ml = 1cc, 5ml or 5 cc = one teaspoon.

What do you do when you see an endangered animal eating an endangered plant?

Is there another word for synonym?
michele
Thank you for the validation Steverddrf. I realize that .25 of a TSB
could be considered irrelevant and I realized that my own personal troll
would be all over me for posting. But if you read Nhu's post on the
dosage that that vet prescribed (1cc and .66cc) .25 becomes more
relevant. I was afraid that she would use the misinformation and
overdose Baby.

Thanks again

Sure, steveddrf. It is irrelevant.

..25 off of a 1/4 teaspoon is easily what
drips off the side during admin and
means nothing.

Though Michele had the correct calculation
she accidently typed tablespoon instead
of teaspoon.

I know this.

But, by the questions Nhu was asking
I knew she would not have known the
difference. (I think)

I wanted to talk to Nhu because, there
has been alot of stuff not addressed here
regarding her problem with her rabbit.

I just wanted to make sure she was
using gas drugs, motility drugs, and
clear up the confusion on baby food and
critical care, and most important the
dangers of pedialyte.

Pedialyte is a very good thing but, can
kill a bunny if not used properly.

Daryl,I thought Nhu already cleared all that with all of us,we spoke about
"Reglan"(the motility drug)and she said her vet took x-rays and there was no
blockage.....

Also for the baby food I personally wrote(so did Arlette and many
more..)that it would have been better to get baby food with the minimum
amount of sugar in it,like pumpkin,squash....etc.
We also said that the Critical Care (which in my opinion is a great
product)could have been mixed with some baby food, just to give it a more
pleasant flavor ...since we all know that in case of stasis we have to try
anything possible to put something in their little tummy....:)

As for the Pedialyte,I honestly don't think it's dangerous at all,and if you
were worried about the correct dosage, there is a very clear chart on the
bottle indicating the right quantity for the right weight...no danger as
long as she bought the unflavored and sugar free kind....!

I don't know, which are your thoughts about that?
I think Nhu is doing alright....

Take care,Daryl
Shan

I am really your not personal troll, unit
#42. (But, I love the concept, :)

But, you originally said Table Spoons
and *not*, Teaspoons in your metric
conversion thing to NHU.

( I made the same mistake but, corrected
it)

That would have been an overdose and
I was obligated to reply.

Still have no problems with you but,
we will meet again as we are part of
the same group.

(we have set our differences aside when
working with the group)

Yes, perhaps,,,, after a long laborious
process.

I will go back and look at the records.

If, I am wrong, I will apologize.

But, I am not interested in long term dialogue!

Daryl, please, don't take me wrong...I was just trying to clarify the fact for
you, that's all,no need to apologize for anything!

Which "long term dialogue"are you talking about? Don't get angry, please you
misunderstood me!

I feel like dancing and parading around the room right now. I love hearing
about bunnies who have come through. He is an experienced rabbit now. And
you are a wonderful mom.

Excuse the praise, but good job, Nhu! I hope that Baby is 100% by tomorrow.
