Just for a bit of fun the other day I sent a couple of pictures to my local
weekly newspaper. Today I looked in there and they had published them. YAY!
I sent an email out to those people whose addresses I know, if anyone else
would like to see it, let me know. I am really proud that they published
that picture, I also sent them a flower picture... so cool that they picked
the bunny one instead! I am going to ask them if they would be interested in
an article about bunnies!

Sorry, didn't mean it that way. There might be any number of lurkers
here from our neck of the woods. Actually, I'm still trying to
convince my wife that just one more bunny would be ok (not including
the ones we have living in our garden now).

I haven't been able to connect with the owner yet. He posted a message
on one of our internal newsgroups at work, and I've been trying to get
back with him about this.
It sure looks like a rex of some kind. In fact, it looks a lot like my
Flopsie. For example

Flopsie's the one on the left.

That looks like my lovely Buster. He must be a Castor Mini-Rex too or a Red
or something like that. I love the colouring and their fur is the softest
yet not too long for grooming purposes. Apparently (and this is true of
buster) they are quite active and like to play lots. I'm sure he would make
a lovely addition to any home.

Wow, Carrie, famous rabbits! Can I have their autograph? Maybe they
could nibble a corner of their picture for me?
Congrats on living with celebrities,

I hope they don't let this fame thing go to their head and start making diva
style demands on you hehe
An article would be a great idea ! It might get a few more buns brought in
from the bottom of the garden :o)

Joe, It might be a better bet to start a new thread for this bunny with a
proper title to grab the attention of someone who doesn't trawl through all
the posts. It is a beautiful bun.
Just a thought

I know...I was trying to persuade myself I really needed to home that bunny!
;-) even though I really am at max capacity...particularly with rosie's
recent trauma...
He/she really does resemble Flopsie & Munchkin! And that pretty caramel
coloring. *sigh* Wish I could help. Let me know when you reach the owner.
Wonder why they're looking for a new home for her/him?

Sorry Joe, no link to the pictures...
It is a paper with a fairly good circulation in Kent UK called the
Courier... I think circulation is something like 50,000! (i know that seems
small to you guys... but, you have states the size of the UK)
