I already posted this under the wrong topic before so:

My dog started stratching under his neck a while back and now it's
redden and somewhat swollen. Anyone know of a quick fix before I have
to spend another $50-$100 vet bill?

Fleas aren't the problem for my other dog would have shown symptoms.
