One more story.........especially for Nanny, to make sure she starts her day
with a real smile!
6-28-05 Last night when the kids were still out playing, I was online and
not paying too much attention, until I got up to get a drink of water and
saw the funniest thing I think I've ever seen a ferret do!
I usually use the little throw rug in the kitchen to pull the kids around on
the bare kitchen floor (give them 'rides'). Gilbert LOVES his rides!! Well,
when I went into the kitchen, there was Gilbert TRYING to give HIMSELF a
ride on the little throw rug!! He would run as fast as he could, pulling the
rug, then let go of it and jump on it real quick - then he'd just look
around as if to say "HEY, who is messing with my rug ride!?" 'why does it
stop as soon as I get on it??" ROFLOL I watched him do it two or three times
before I finally stopped laughing enough to go give the poor little thing
some rug rides. What a little nut I have on my hands here!!

Now that is too funny, Jacquie!! I can totally picture Gilbert doing
this!!! Don't forget to add some Kylie stories too!! Those of us that have
been here long enough have heard about how smart she is!! :)

All of Kylie's shenanigans are on my old laptop and the power cord connector
is broken. A friend has said he will hardwire it for me (because I never
use the battery anyway), so hopefully when I get that done I can retrieve a
BUNCH of ferret information and Kylie stories. Right now I'm soo sad that I
didn't print them out and keep them!! :-(

oh I hate it when computers go wrong, glad your able to get online
though.
That is a very funny story...they sure do keep us amused. I love
watching their antic's, I swear at times you can hear their minds
whirling..lol as they think up new ways to have fun.

important), and give me my ride now."

Holly, I started thinking today that Kylie's stories aren't lost after
all...........they are in the usenet archives!!! I have been busy putting
together all kinds of stuff (some I had forgotten myself!), so will post
some Kylie stories too :-) Thanks for asking. She's such a special
little girl. I never tire of telling the stories of my little sweetheart's
shenanigans! LOL
