I had Mouffy and Bashu, albino twins (both RB now) that I couldn't see any
difference in. Of course for albino's it's easier to look the same ;-)
Though even in albino's their faces can be very different.

Very slight, but I imagine you can tell them apart at a glance.
Assuming left to right, mom's mask goes to her nose, her face is
slightly broader, she appears to have more red in her coat, especially
around her ears, and she's graying in her whiskers. I think I could
tell them apart after a day or so.
Now3, what's the quickest visual identifier for you? iow, no body
language or behavior clues. Still picture only, no motion; we don't
have that advantage, so no cheating.

The pattern around the nose seems different.
When they change seasonally (if they do), do they still
resemble each other?
Sometimes Alison and Natasja looked very much alike,
apart from size, but sometimes Alison only had dark rings
around her eyes instead of a complete mask.

No, but Rasmus's father Hugo is indistinguishable from him
in photographs.
