I'll be the first to say, I'm brand new to this group... just found it
today in fact.
I came here because I'm the Mom to 2 wonderful fuzzies and was looking
forward to enjoying lively discussions with other ferret owners and
seeing pictures of their own fuzzy snakes.
There are some really, REALLY great photos linked in this group. My
Husband and I have been enjoying looking at them.
Then there is you. If it is your intention to run off any new people
that may truly be interested in this group and part in discussions
*regarding FERRETS*, then you are doing a fine job. We don't come here
to have to wade through someone else's dirty laundry. We come here to
talk about ferrets.
I don't know the story here, nor do I want to. I just know that the
stuff that is tumbling forth from your keyboard is much better left to
private emails between you and your foe(s).
I expect this sort of thing from other groups like the wrestling groups
and so forth, there are plenty of immature people in those particular
ngs... but this group, as far as I can tell, is made up of great
people with an apparent exception. And what they say about one bad
apple spoiling the whole bunch certainly applies.
Now that I have been reading the group for a little while today, I have
a better idea which threads to skip. At first though, I just started
at the top and worked my way down.
First impressions really are everything and let me just say, Bravo on
the first impression you have made with this ferret fancier.

Julie, hon if you are looking for a ferret discussion board, you have
come to the WRONG place. This place is deadville except when there is
another flame war going on. If you want to discuss ferrets, don't go
to a board that condones feeding live baby chicks to ferrets and goes
back later to clean up the blood, don't go to a board that is so vile
they wish people dead, don't go to a board that lies and will stop at
nothing to ruin someone just because they can and because they think it
is fun. You are NOT on a ferret board, you are standing waist-deep in
a slime pit.
