I have spent 3 years building my Yahoo group and my web site, a year
and a half writing a book.
I want you all to ask yourself this question...
If this was your life's work, would you want a person like Millie Walls
to trash it for you?
This is NOT the first time Millie has done this to someone. It's a
habit with her, and the worst part of it is, she thinks it's FUNNY.
Well, Millie...it's NOT funny. You have reproduced copyright protected
material.You are violating my copyright protected name, which is
illegal.
My attorney will be hunting you down and you will be prosecuted.
Thankfully, I was able to give her your information [name, address,
phone # etc]
Yahoo will be shutting down the group you made using my name.
You have a lot of nerve, fortunately for me, you are not that
intelligent. And putting an end to your ignorance will not be difficult
to do.
At your age, one can only hope you will one day grow up. You are more
immature than most 12 year olds that I know.
It is a sad commentary on YOUR life that this is what you spend your
days and nights doing...you're pathetic.
I don't really understand why your friends [Oh! Wait! You don't have
any friends] don't see how pathetic you are...then again, maybe they do
and they are laughing at you behind your back. Better for you to throw
yourself to the wolves than to be smart enough to take all of them with
you.
How many groups have you made Millie, I am sure everyone, including
you, has lost count. What is it? 10? 12?
You get 3 or 4 people to join and then the group sits there, dead,
taking up space. It's such a monumental waste of time...but, knowing
what I know about you, you have nothing better to do. You have isolated
yourself from your family, including your imaginary 'daughter', you
have no friends, you have no life...so you created one for yourself on
the internet. Pathetic.It's sad Millie. And I feel sorry for you...the
same way I would feel sorry for a dog left chained to a fence for his
entire life, with no one to love him, or care for him, until he died.
That sums you up nicely.
Don't you realize that everyone eventually gets caught in their own
game?
No body wins every time Millie. Not you, not your 'friends'. What goes
around, comes back around again.
So, have a good laugh at my expense....I'll promise you this, you won't
be laughing for long.

And this has what to do with this list? I thought you and your little
buddy, KK, had finally disappeared. Sure didn't last long, did it?
Have you noticed that everyone has stuck to talking about ferrets since
you and KK left?
And, BTW, Millie has plenty of friends. I am one of them, and am proud
to say so.
Get over yourself, Sharon. I don't think you have the first clue how
much you keep embarrassing yourself; way more than anyone else could
do.
I hope everyone else will ignore this latest tirade (which I guess I
should have also) and continue talking about ferrets.

Oh for Christ's sake, give it a rest. Nobody cares and we're all here to
talk about ferrets not this bull****. If there's legal issues you have then
take care of them offline or someplace else. This isn't the place. And it
looks to me like you're making threats....so I suppose maybe you should
watch out for legal action as well.

I'm sorry. I was incorrect. According to www.copyright.gov I do not
have American Ferrets copyrighted. As a matter of fact, the term is
too general to copyright. Just like Microsoft couldn't copyright
"Windows" I can't copyright the phrase "American Ferrets".
However, you can't write a book with the name, I do own that
copyright.

Thanks for enlightening me,Sprite. No, I am not the group owner of
that group. BUT, anytime I find a new group I do and will post links to
that group. Sharon needs to get over herself big time. I don't need to

Don't worry everyone. I won't be sending lawyers after you for
borrowing the name I thought up three years ago. I only make $1.60 per
book (.80 cents for those purchased from me at =BD price) so you know I
couldn't afford to hire a lawyer to go after you for something so
silly. Obviously I wrote the book for recognition, not money! That is
why this upsets me so much. I want the name all to myself, even though
I know that everyone in America has American ferrets - or most of them
anyway!
