Also sorry to hear this news, I hope you get him back safely. I have two
red lories and would be absolutely heartbroken if anything happened to
either of them

Good luck

Good luck. Be very careful if you posted a large reward. I know a little old
lady who almost got defrauded because she posted a large reward for her lost
Quaker. If you haven't already I would contact all the pet stores in a 200km
radius around where the bird was stolen in case they try to sell it, which
is likely, and get the word out to all the police departments, vets, and
animal rescue organizations that you can. A former employer of mine
retrieved a stolen Major Mitchell's cockatoo that had been confiscated
several states away because it was in a stolen car with a bunch of other
stolen animals. The bird was kept for six weeks by a friend of one of the
policemen because they didn't know where it was supposed to go, until word
got around. It helps if you can get media coverage, so contact the TV and
papers. Good luck.

I am sorry to hear your bird was stolen. I hope you find it? Did you
see someone take the bird? Is it possible the bird let himself out of
the cage? They are known to do that! I padlock my cages?
Good luck with finding him!!! I would be devistated if any of my birds
were stollen.
Ask around at your local Vet, if you have a "Lost & Found" on your
local radio station. Try petlink they have a lot of birds on there.
Good luck:)
