Ferret diet - CLICK HERE for the Pet Manual Forum Home Page
Frank
I am presently feeding Marshalls Ferret food. And they will not
go for
anything else. They will separate it out and leave it laying.

I am a little concerned with my little runt Daisy. Her weight
was up to
2lb 1 1/2 oz at one time. she has slowly dropped to presently
1lb 15 oz.
She is a very picky eater, & I cannot find any treats she will
eat other
than FerretVite.

Any ideas what I could feed to get her to at least maintain
weight.
She is very active, wrestling with her buddy Cinnamon who is 2lb
6oz.
Wonder if "Duck Soup" would give her a little more stamina as
well help
maintain weight. Or even if it should be used as a steady diet
suppliment.

Thanks;
Frank.

Have you tried feeding other food and drizzling ferretone over it? Works
for mine.

I have two ferrets and that is all they will eat also. They love it and
are doing fine. My male ferret will eat some peanut butter. That is his
fav thing. We call him our little fat boy. You might try a little on a
spoon for her.
