You should not bath a ferret more than once every 5-6 weeks, frequent bathing removes the natural oils from the ferrets coat.
For loads of ferret info see
http://www.ferretcentral.org/
There is so much info there it could take weeks or months to read it all.

your ferrets should be neutered unless you are going to breed them(this is NOT recommended for new ferret owners), and you shouldn't breed them if they are brother and sister.
Neutering the boy will make him smell much less (boys smell more than girls).
Neutering the girl (if she is not to be mated) is essential, a girl ferret if not mated when in season will eventually become very ill and may die from aplastic anaemia. she should ideally be neutered after the age of six months and before her first season (springtime when she is coming up to 1 yr old). If she does come in season she will need an injection from a vet to stop the season.
To stop your ferrets becoming too smelly you should change their bedding every week and clean their cage at least once a day.
You need to read up on ferrets, maybe get a book (Ferrets for dummies is one good book to get)
If you go to the web site I put in my last post you will find info on food, cages, health and many other things you need to know. if you look after your ferrets well you will have years of fun with them.
You will need to find a ferret knowlegeable vet in your area There are lists of of ferret vets if you search the internet.
