Took MacDaddy in for a recheck and immune booster injection today and his
WBC is even higher than the last time! So, they gave him a shot of Doxy,
another one next week and recheck again. The poor thing is going through so
much at such a young age. He's been very quiet since coming home this
afternoon, it really stressed him out. On a good note, the fecal tested
positive for Giardia.
It's a good thing the convertible got paid off last month...having birds
ain't cheap! :^)

Sorry to hear Mac's still having problems. He deserves extra cuddles from
his mommy (and I bet he's gettin' 'em!)
Does the negative mean it's gone for sure or will he have to be tested
again?

Figured that's what you meant. Sorry it's not been knocked out yet, and hope

Good question...She said he tested negative...not a word about testing again
later...but I think I will have them do it anyways, when I bring Mel back in
for re-test.
I'm having trouble getting the Milk Thistle in him. I think the little
bugger sees me put the drops on his food and he won't touch it! I'm going
to have to be sneakier I guess.
