I ordered cages from them on May 5th. Guess who has their money and who
doesn't have the cages? What can I do about this? I have called them and
left messages but they never return my calls.

Nice shipping policy.
Did you pay by credit card? Call the cc company and put in a complaint and
call birdfurniture.com and to let them know that the cc company is now
investigating the issue and use the words fraud and felony as much as
possible. Works like a charm.
Pay by check? Put a stop payment on it. Already cashed? shouldn't matter.

I would never deal with them after reading that whole thing about shipping on
their front page. Stuff like that should be on the order page, not right as
you open the website. To me that is a clear indication they have lots of
problems. It sounds like they have more problem shipments that not.
