Hi one and all.

Sadly I didn't get the Vet I wanted..:(( She wasn't working. GRRRRR
these people should be made to work as soon as they hear I am bringing
in one of my boys..:)) Anyhow, Harry was given Baytril and a Dexafort
injection in the hope that this time it will work. IF this treatment
fails then the Vet said we will have to try cream. I told her it was a
waste of time as it would be licked off straight away. She said I would
have to distract him. "YEAH RIGHT" After the vets name instead of BVS
it should read MORON. I certainly am at my best when I come off shift
work and have to deal with idiots first thing in the day. Stupid woman
tried to give him a shot in the leg.. Harry screamed and I told her that
was not going to be repeated at all. She said "Oh well, we will just
have to give it to him under the skin".

Joanne, I told her about Septra..septrim?... she didn't know what I was
talking about and asked what the active ingredient was... I didn't know
so that is why we have baytril and Dexafort. I don't really have much
faith that this is going to work, but I will give it a week. On a
brighter note it cost $22.85 all up. Not much comfort for Harry though.
I am off to the supermarket shortly to get him some doggy choc drops
to bribe him so he will forgive me for being a mean Mum. Have a good
day all.

Regards Kate
Tania
Your descriptions do make me laugh! :-) Vet does sound rather dumb though?!
Obviously no idea about little critters. Fingers crossed for Harry xx

Septra is an antibiotic, the name that I most commonly hear it referred
to is Bactrim. You can read more about it here:
