Can anyone recommend a good vet for rats in the San Francisco Bay Area?

It seems like one of our rats turned out to be a boy rat. We would
really hate to give him back, so if we can find a good, affordable vet,
we're thinking about having him neutered.

Thanks in advance!

In the South Bay, Adobe Animal Hospital in Los Altos has at least 3
great Ratty Vets. Curt Nakamura, Cristi Derenzi, and Jane Johnson are
all awesome ratty vets.

Dr. Nakamura fixed all 4 of our boys. It wasn't cheap, but there weren't
any complications either.

We moved from Mtn View to San Jose two years ago, but we still take all
the ratties to Adobe.

I should have mentioned, we are in the East Bay, Contra Costa County to
be exact.

Thanks!

Thanks, Garth.

I sent them an e-mail requesting an estimate to have the procedure done.

I've just moved to the South Bay, and I've been taking the girls to
Dr. Singh at Sunnyvale Veterinary Clinic
(http://www.sunnyvalevet.com). He seems knowledgable and has an
excellent "bedside manner".
