I just checked it out and the dimensions. If it's the one that is 18 x
11 x 24 high... NO, it's much too small. It could hold one rat but rats
really need to be in same sex pairs or more. If you have two babies, it
will be ok until they are about 6 months but then I recommend you get a
bigger cage.
