hi all ...new here but in need of some help!!

i am the owner of a heinz57 dog who has just decided after about 12 years of ownership to decide that she would prefer to use our bed as a toilet for number 1s instead of going out(its actually twice as far for her to go too!!)
any ideas as to why she would do this?At 1st i thought she was confused or it was due to age but she is perfectly a1 in all other ways...good appetite,very active,good senses generally...i am bemused to be honmest
