[I]I have a problem with my Shihtzu- Tu-Sam. He is shaven all the time as he is black in colour and gets very hot. The problemis he doesn't have fleas and there is no other sign of anything on him. He lays on the floor and just scratches. If he is up and about he will walk 1 step scratch before even taking another step he is scratching again. He drives a person nuts, let alone himself. If anybody has any ideas let's hear them. Thanks:confused:
