WNYFLFA? Need HeavyDuty Clear Dryer Tunnel - CLICK HERE for the Pet Manual Forum Home Page
Years ago I ordered what turned out to be a really NICE, heavy duty clear
dryer tubing tunnel from Sandy DeBout from Western New York & Finger Lakes
Ferret Association. An email to the address I had for Sandy was returned as
'invalid', so am just wondering if anyone knows how I can find Sandy or
contact WNYFLFA?

If not, does anyone know where I can get the good, heavy duty clear dryer
tunnels? Need one for a friend who just got his first ferret. I ordered one
for my kids on eBay several months ago and it was really lightweight
compared to the old one I had, so hate to recommend that one to him.

Hope somebody can point me in the right direction......

Thanks for any help!!

You can get 'ferret proof' clear tubing from here..mine has lasted over 3
years now!

Jason and Holly Harper
Jacquie,

I bought mine from Ferret Warez at a show. It's held up so far, even with
Kolby chewing on the end and dragging it around the room. :)

Hmmmmmmm............the one person who put a comment about the tunnels said
"when mine start to tear, I just cut them into smaller pieces" - that sounds
like the poor quality ones that I got this last time I got a clear tunnel.
That first one I got years ago STILL doesn't have a tear in it after years
and years and years of heavy use - but the latest one I've only had a couple
of years is getting to be a mess. So, I guess what I'm asking is that if
anyone knows for sure where I can get the heavy duty ones. Cheapy ones
that tear are available real reasonable on eBay, but they sure don't last
long. (did that make sense? LOL) Anyway, thanks for all the
info......hope someone knows how I can get ahold from someone from WNYFLFA
and that they still carry the same ones.........

Both http://www.newrainbowbridge.com and http://www.ferretdepot.com have
it in 20 ft lengths. If you buy from Ferret Depot, look around and find
the Marshall's brand.

Trust me..it **IS** heavy duty. (The one I pasted the URL for..it is
industrial for sawdust collecting systems)....My brats haven't even
scratched the stuff and they try. The ends are intact..no tears or rips....

You won't go wrong......

Oh I'm definitely sure the tube MC recommended will work great. But just
for the record, my tube hasn't torn...Kolby just thinks he can chew on
everything. ;-)
