or can not do.
see I made a post last night at home and it dint show up, so when I got to
work I fiddled with the bosses computer to get here again and try to make
the same post from memory because the first post dint show up.
Oh the shame of losing it.
Oh well, it might be an interesting study in mind tangency for someone.
Aslong as your here have some Macinaw Island fudge that we brought back from
Mackinaw City on Saturday!

I thought it was "Mackinac Island", & oh yes, I'll have as much of that
fudge as you can spare! Can't wait to get back there someday for a visit.

LOL! Lin, we all call it Mackinaw Island, but it's spelled Mackinac. :)
And if you head back up this way, stop by our house! We're along the way,
ya know. :)

Holly (about 2.5 hours from Detroit and about 2 hours from the Bridge) :)

Yoo are correct! We say Macinaw so foreigners can understand us. The fudge
is available all the way from Frankenmnuth (Chicken City) on up to and on
the island itself. I even see it at Sam's Club (bulk foods) around
Christmas! You can even getit on line
http://fudge.mackinaclightkeeper.com/

So a visit to the island is not necessary, but fun. Actually we were in
Cheyboygan and were so close that we felt a chocolate fix would be good for
the soul. A car show just took place in St. Ignace so most fudge shops
were still open. They are winding down fast, though as the colors have
almost peeked for tourists. The open shops had pumpkin, hazelnut, snicker
fudge, pistachio and many different flavors but Gma had the pocketbook that
day so we got her favorite Walnut Fudge.
So now...not only have I double posted, gone off topic, got ya'll hungry and
used up bandwidth wider than my belt, I will resume the topic of ferrets...I
promise.

Well, actually I was wondering if you'd adopt ME? Both my grandpas died
before I was born and my father's been gone for years and well, gee, your
family sounds wonderful :) Of course, in all actuality, you are probably
close to the same age I am - but I'm enjoying your posts. And I would never
turn down an offer of fudge!

You sound like just what that little fuzzy needed in his life. I've had the
pleasure of our ferrets' company for 3 years now, and they still manage to
do something to amaze me everyday!

Me too Rico Tico? I wanna be adopted. I'd LOVE some chocolate fudge!
(see above post on chocolate :-) We're a bit short on family members here,
having experienced many losses in recent years and I like your sense of
humor too.......plus I promise to be a good sister to jynxmom too! <grin>
