Hi,
I am a proud new owner of a female silky terrier. Does anyone else around here have a silky terrier? I have been trying to find a pet forum for silky terrier owners, so that we can communicate together and help eachother out.

I am new to this forum so hopefully I get some attention! ;)
I was wondering, Does anyone know about when a silky terrier is considered full grown? The breed standard says that silkies will get 9-10 inches at the shoulder. My silky is about 4 months old and is already about 8 inches to the shoulder. Is that normal for her to be almost the breed standard? If anyone knows can you please let me know! I would appreciate it! Thanks!:) |
