I know this topic has been covered before, but here we go....
Our African Grey is plucking herself. Legs are bare. No changes in her
stop?

Several years ago my female CAG started breast plucking. She spent a
lot of time in her cage. I moved her to a T stand in my office, but
more important I started letting her sleep perched on the foot of my
bed. The plucking stopped immedately and hasn't recurred. From my
experience CAGS want a lot of companionship. Just being near is enough.
