Hi All:

I mentioned in my other post that I had other news, but I was too tired to
post it last night.

News Flash: Ferret Math Has Attacked My Home!

Yep, as of last night, we now have FOUR. The New Baby, who hasn't told me
his name yet, is about 7-8 wks old, panda/blaze, deaf (so now I have 1
hearing ferret & 3 deaf ones), & is, in fact, the absolute *spit & image* of
Oberon at that age!

Saw him at the Findlay Pet Supplies Plus on Tues after getting my laptop,
when I went in to pick up some ferret supplies. Now, they *always* have
ferrets in there.....I *always* stop & play w/ them.....& I'm *never*
tempted. But when I saw this little guy, I about freaked cos he looked so
much like Oberon. When I told Jim about him, he was intregued, so we went
over last night - & came home w/ another fuzzy. He stole Jim's heart, too.

He's eating, drinking, & peeing well. His poops are a little semi-solid, but
the color's normal, so I think that's ok (been 2 yrs since we've had a baby
around here, tryin to jog my memory). Little ball of energy on
slightly-wobbly legs. Deaf as a frikken rock, but is a real dooker when he
gets wound up. Also has some exceedingly sharp teeth, as evidenced by the
gash on my right forearm from when he played "Jump & Dangle" this afternoon.
He's actually hitting the litterbox in his iso cage 100% of the time, after
only one mistake right when we put him in for the first time.

He's seein Dr B on Sat morning for a once-over & to get the rest of his
shots scheduled & such.

When I get pics up anywhere, I'll let ya know.

Lin, Ariel, Oberon, Max, & The Unnamed New Baby

Congrats. Four is a good number. Next year, 5 will be a good number, too.
And so on, and so on. lol

Dang, girl, you're a glutton for punishment, aren't ya? LOL I don't think
I'd be able to turn down one that looked like one of mine either. It would
be like walking away from your own! Congratulations and LUCKY him!!
