Are there more pictures other than the main one? If not, I'll
go with "it's just you".
Even though I'm notoriously bad at figuring mixes, the only BC I
see is the colour, and that's grasping.

No, it's not you and yet I don't think it is pure Border Collie either.
A Bull-Breed may be in the makeup but it's definitely NOT a Bull Terrier.
Sad though that most people will look at Shelters as if they know what
they are talking about.
