Cute dog. My first guess was Siberian Husky/Border collie.
But, it looks pretty small. I'm unsure what the color spectrum is
for Shiba Inu's? I'm thinking red, fawn, black, black & tan, white,
and red & white? The muzzle looks too long for a purebred Shiba,
though. And the coat looks a bit...uh...fuzzy? Maybe it's a puppy
still, so maybe a puppy Sibe/Border collie isn't too out of line?
Although I couldn't remember exactly what a "Klee Kai" looks
like, I don't think their muzzles are that long either, and the one
I've seen in person was very small.
My guesses are puppy Sibe/Border Collie, or maybe Shiba Inu/Border
Collie.
I'm waiting to hear was Liisa, and others, have to say.

Husky cross, or Klee Kai, or Klee Kai cross. Might have more than two
breeds, but for sure there is some Arctic dog blood, and perhaps also
smaller spitz. Very spitz-looking.
My first thought was a Lundehund, but they haven't had that pattern ever or
at least for decades, and this pup (?) doesn't have any extra toes. Shibas
have rounder head, smaller paws and ears and they don't have this much
white. Karelian Bear Dogs are black and white, and if you look closely, you
can see that the pup is a tanpoint. Pale insides of ears, and pale cheeks.
So pale that they look nearly white, and that's another hint that there is
Husky blood as Huskies and Mals have extremely pale phaeomelanin (yellow
pigment) especially on their faces and legs (once again: typical husky
facial pattern is not white spotting, but very pale tan). This dog looks
that it will not grow big enough to be a Karelian or Husky, but in some
breeds (Collies at least) pups have a surprisingly adult body shape very
early and they still mature into big dogs.

Not to mention that they're an extremely rare breed, and not likely to be
found in Baltimore.
FWIW, the dog looks like many of the shelter mutts, northern-mix variety,
that we get in this area.

Which is, I imagine, the most likely answer to most of the dogs that pop

It's definitely spitzy, but so small! Klee Kais are not
common dogs but this sure looks like one.

Quite frankly, improperly coated PWDs I am quite certain end up rescued
by FCR and CCR clubs. ANd hte "Porta Collies" are very unlikley to be
ID'd a PWD anything!

What upsets me is that they aren't doing the dogs any favors - an Ibizan
personality is SO different.
And if someone gets this dog, likes it and then goes out and gets a real
beezer, they won't be expecting what they are getting.

Investigating dog breeds has to me always been a source of knowledge:
antropology, biology, geography. So according to this page now I should sort of
"know" that Ibizza is in Portugal.

It really looks very much like a Podenco-type dog! Like Ibizan Podenco,
Portuguese Podenco, Cirneco or Pharaoh Hound (were there more Podencos?)
but I think it might be as well something like Saluki x Border Collie
cross.
I can't make the picture bigger. Does it have black or liver nose?

It looks like a skinny short-haired Border Collie to me- and it also looks

one known BC/Saluki.

Pondengos are a closely related breed to Ibizans and come in Grand, medio
and (damn can't remember) "small".
The eas are typical of an older dog (the ears go more sideways) or a worried
one.

Actually, I understood that to be Ivana's point; that the listing is
obviously wrong- precisely *because* Ibiza isn't part of Portugal.
(Don't know if you looked at the listing, but it says the dog is an
Ibizan Hound, then goes on about the breed being from Portugal and coming
in three sizes.)

Oops, sorry, I forgot to use the <sarcasm> tags. But this dog looks to me more
of a Ibizzan, of which I only ever saw two - and none of PP ever; many people
don't even know there are such breeds. Why not just say (what would be more
informative) pariah-mediterranean-hound type? My grandfather in Dalmatia way
back before I was born had a dog like that, not any particular breed, somewhat
smaller (50 cm). That dog used to catch *partridges* (all by himself, fed
himself on what he caught and brought some home too). I've ever wanted to have a
dog like that and last year found a pup that's a lookalike, only smaller yet.
But this miserable bugger only goes after *chickens* :-(
