My ferrets are 10 weeks old can I begin with raisins yet?

I wouldn't give them raisins, as ferrets digestive systems aren't able to
digest fruits & veg properly.
I give mine tartar control cat treats, like Pounce. Easier to digest, plus
better for their teeth.
Ideally, they don't *need* treats. Treats is a human concept. But my guys
love getting a treat when they go back into their cage after playtime. Just
don't overdo it. Break them up so they're easier to eat w/out getting stuck
in the roof of their mouth.
I don't know about the 10 wk thing, personally. I got Ariel at 10 wks of
age, & didn't give her treats for a few wks. Same w/ my other 2. I'm sure
someone else will comment on this, though.

I don't necessarily think that's too early as ferrets tend to imprint on
foods when they're babies. And I'd agree with Lin about the raisins. I
give cheerios as treats and that's usually only when I put them back in the
cage....one apiece. The rest of the time they get ferretone for a treat,
although some kits don't have the attention span for ferretone. They'll
also take hairball lax about 3 times a week (maybe) for a treat. Chicken or
turkey babyfood is a good treat and helps in the long run should you need to
give medicine. We give cooked meat as treats to two of ours (the other two
won't touch meat other than babyfood).

No raisins,too much sugar.Try meat as treats.Get them started now on all
kinds.Preferably raw.Raw chicken wings are good chew toys.
